This increased vocabulary density has important implications for Word Wealth.It means that vocabulary building now is more important than it was thirty years ago. It also means that an adequate vocabulary builder must offer more random lists of words, with brief definitions of each, to be memorized parrot fashion and dutifully recalled in siple practice material or test. More than ever a vocabulary book is needed which explores synonyms, connotattions, and levels of usage more fully than this book or, any other book, previously done.
